Custom enterprise systems
Off-the-shelf “cheap” plug-and-play often needs paid customisation, then overruns — or stalls. We build to your real processes: practical delivery, not vapourware.
And there are many so-called plug-and-play systems on the market, most of which are labeled as "flat"; with a lot of things that are found first, they should be changed to another charge first. When paying the bill, the total cost often exceeds the budget; more unfortunately, even the tail will be rotten - so that some money will be wasted in vain. We have accumulated many years of experience to help customers complete many proprietary systems, follow the real process, and reduce the risk of transformation to the same end.
Coverage
Service Focus
No longer bound by the "flat" plug and play - first align the real process with the pain points, and then make a proprietary system; the following eight categories are the coverage areas we often do and have helped customers land.
Clubhouse/Membership Management System
Applicable membership clubs - membership information, membership, access to the same daily operations, customized according to your club process.
Align your club's actual membership level, billing, and access rules-without sticking to a universal template.
Permission tiering: Reduce errors, omissions, and abuse across front office, membership, and management.
Go online in phases by connecting to existing gates, fees, or notifications as needed.
Employee/check-in management system
Applicable to service industries with about 100–3000 employees - centralized management of attendance, shift and attendance records.
Supports multi-site/multi-shift check-ins to reduce manual transcription and reconciliation time.
Abnormal attendance (late arrival, absence, re-signing) has a clear process for supervisors to follow up.
The scale ranged from about 100 people to thousands of people, adjusted according to the same shift system at the base, and it was overworked once and for all.
Human Resources Systems
Applicable to service industries with about 30-3000 employees - integration of personnel, holidays and basic HR processes.
Employee files, onboarding and resignation, holidays, and basic personnel processes are set according to the company system.
Great for service industries with high manual mobility - reduce Excel scattering and duplicate input.
Align with check-in/attendance data to reduce the discrepancy between two sets of numbers.
Claims Management System
Applicable to small insurance companies/notaries —— cases and documents are followed up with progress, and are customized according to your company's workflow.
Case opening, document collection, and progress status with the responsible person at a glance.
Permissions and audit trails are designed according to the needs of the insurance/notary industry to facilitate internal review.
Do not rigidly set large suits - only do the processes that your company needs to control the scope and cost.

How we work
How to start
1
Free consultation
Gather needs as they are.
Align industry, headcount, and process pain points: These are the steps that are most detrimental to daily life, and the existing tools are not enough. First, clarify what problem to solve.
2
Assessment & advice
Propose a plan with the same functional specifications.
Clarify the existing proprietary development; write out the scope of functions, permissions, data, and delivery at the same time, and list what not to do, and do not hard sell large and inappropriate packages.
3
Implementation
Develop, test and go live according to specifications.
Phased implementation and acceptance, permission and data together; arrange online and user handover to minimize the impact on daily operations.
4
Ongoing support
Maintain the same function fine-tuning after going online.
Abnormal support, permission adjustments and minor changes - can be returned to your company, or the OPSC is responsible for system maintenance on a long-term basis.
FAQ
FAQ
Can we change the existing system and make sure it is new?
Many times, it is possible to evaluate the existing system and process first - it can be changed, and it cannot be changed or it is not cost-effective to consider proprietary development first. See it all when you get a free consultation.
How is it different from a plug-and-play system on the market?
Most of the plug-and-play models are flat, but if they fail to use them, they need to be changed, and it is easy to exceed the budget or even ruin the end. We customize according to your company's processes, and clarify the scope at the same stage in advance to reduce the waste of changing to explosion.
After maintenance?
It can be returned to the company, or the OPSC can continue to follow up and maintain the same minor changes. Permissions, documents, and contact windows will be clarified during the handoff.
