FAQ
FAQ
What does IT outsourcing include?
Typically includes day-to-day PCs and network support, Microsoft 365 management, scheduled checks and reports; we can also arrange an on-site engineer. Scope is a tailored combination for your company’s needs.
How is pricing set?
Quoted by headcount, PC count, and support scope. Monthly plans are available, and we can also arrange engineers on a day-rate. After a free consultation, fees are clearly listed.
How quickly does someone follow up when there’s an issue?
A dedicated owner for your company — report issues by phone or email, we try remote handling first, then arrange an engineer on-site when needed.
We’re a small company — is this still a fit?
Suitable. We mainly serveHong Kong SMEs — even if you only have a few PCs, you can start with basic support and add services later as needed.
Besides the company office, I also have several shops that need after-hours support — can you do that?
Yes, we can. We currently provide some clients’ shops with IT support seven days a week, 10:00–22:00.
